Simply transitioning you to a new job when you leave the military is one thing, but helping you to be successful should be the real objective when you leave the military!
Each veteran that enters the VETS - Beyond The Uniform program starts with a Skills Assessment, followed up with a meeting with a trained coach to go over the results of the assessment to help you understand the strengths that you bring to your new career. From there we work with you to help design a program that gives you the support and skills to help you in your journey.

Providing veterans with a different solution
Unlike the other programs, VETS - Beyond the Uniform provides veterans transitioning from the military service access to a wide range of services including specialized assessments, one-on-one coaching & mentoring, video interview packages, and access to hundreds of workshops to support the certifications & skills required to help them successfully integrate and to be effective in the business world and civilian workforce.
We help to reduce veteran unemployment by providing the required career skills, and the knowledge to help eliminate the culture shock between military & corporate cultures.
