The numbers are alarming!

Did you know that over 230,000 veterans were unemployed at the end of 2024, and these numbers are rising!

Over 45% of our veterans become unemployed during their first year of employment, and by the second year the numbers jump to a staggering 75%.

Many of these unemployed heroes struggle with lowered self-esteem, feelings of being undervalued, higher divorce rates, combined with potential addictions & homelessness.

VETS - Beyond The Uniform's mission is to help reduce veteran unemployment and improve the chances of having a successful civilian career. 

In order to properly support the career success of each veteran, VETS - Beyond the Uniform program provides military veterans and military spouses access to a wide range of services at No Cost, including:

• Specialized Assessments
• One-on-One Coaching & Mentoring
• Access to hundreds of Professional Skills Workshops 
• Certification Programs
• Entrepreneurship Training
• Corporate Culture Training 

VETS – Beyond The Uniform has helped hundreds of veterans, and through your support we can provide more veterans with the needed skills assessments, personalized one-on-one coaching with trained counselors, and access to over 250 workshops.
