Our skills assessment is a scientifically validated tool that evaluates behavioral styles across four core dimensions: Dominance (Drive), Influence (Social), Steadiness (Support), and Compliance (Clarity).
These dimensions reveal how individuals approach tasks, communicate, make decisions, and interact with others, providing valuable insights to improve workplace fit, and career success.
The VETS - Beyond the Uniform program is designed to help veterans & military dependents be successful in “new” careers.
We provide a wide range of No Cost services including skills assessments, specialized coaching & mentoring, and access to hundreds of workshops to support a successful integration into the civilian workforce.
The VETS - Beyond the Uniform program has over 200 No Cost workshops in 10 key training areas designed to build upon and enhance the skills of military veterans and military Dependents.
Our tailored interactive Career Success Packages & workshops are designed to support you in your civilian career, whether it’s starting off in your own business or working for a new employer.
Our mission to support our veterans doesn't end a veteran's new career. We support the success of employers that hire veterans as well..
VETS - Beyond The Uniform has developed a designation program for employers that meet the standards to be recognized as an employer that is committed to a veteran's career success.
Your support will help us to continue to provide this service at No Cost to our veterans and their families.
